NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11CC-001069-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and BRENDA RIVERA, and MARIA PACHECO Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 16th day of September, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 5, PANTHER TRACE, PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page(s) 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
