NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-18352-CC-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRANDON TRACES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GINA L. GRAHAM, is Defendant I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2 p.m. at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 16th day of September, 2011 the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 1 of BRANDON TRACES, A REPLAT OF MANGO PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page(s) 41, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
