NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-006402-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GLADIS E. PAZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 28th day of October, 2011, at 2pm, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 12 of PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page(s) 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
