NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-029006, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC6, is Plaintiff and ADA SAN JUAN; RITA SAMPSON; SOUTH FORK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK “A” OF SOUTH FORK UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 188-192, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
