NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009077 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC1, Plaintiff and HELEN FOLLMER, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM, September 6, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, SHERWOOD FOREST SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 40, 40A thru 40-E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
