NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summery Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001889 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and abe brooks, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summaty Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11,block 2563,51st addition to port charlotte subdivision,a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 21, pages 8, 8a through 8gg, of the public records of sarasota county, florida. less and except the south 51.50 feet of said lot 11, block 2563.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or theron, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
