NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011993 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2006-oc7, mortgage pass-through certificates, is Plaintiff, and roberto morales, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 19, block 280, 1st addition to port charlotte subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 11, pages 29, 29A through 29J, inclusive, public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
