The West 20 feet of Lot 34, of the West 20 feet of Lot 35, all of Lot 36, and Lot 37, less the West 60 feet, NORTH PORT PARK OF COMMERCE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 50, 50A and 50B, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; now being described as NORTH PORT WAREHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, A COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration Of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005043393, and the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, page 30, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT Unit Nos. A-100, a-101, a-102, a-103, a-106, a-107, a-108, a-109, a-111, a-113, a-114, a-115, a-116, a-118, a-125, a-127, a-128, a-129, a-130, a-131, b-100, b-101, b-104, b-105, b-106, b-107, b-108, b-109, b-110, b-111-, b-112, b-113, b-114 and b-115;

being more particularly described as: Unit Nos. a-104, a-105, a-110, a-112, a-117, a-119, a-120, a-121, a-122, a-123, a-124, a-126, b-102 and b-103, of NORTH PORT WAREHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, A COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration Of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 20050433393, and the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, page 30, and any amendments thereto, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of written defense, if any, to such action to Richmond C. Flowers, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is ADAMS AND REESE LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
