NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009365 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and R. CRAIG ADAMS, FIRST PRIORITY BANK, THE TOWER RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF R CRAIG ADAMS, SHANNON WARREN, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1506, THE TOWER RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT #2003110394, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 36, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
