NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009633 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JANICE A. WALTON A/K/A JANICE WHITMAN WALTON; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-IRS; CLYDE C. WALTON A/K/A CLYDE CHARLES WALTON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 2623, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE (S) 13, 13A THRU 13NN, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
