NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, and entered in 58 2010 CA 001845 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein hsbc bank usa, n.a., is the Plaintiff and john n cirelli, heritage oaks golf & county club, inc., heritage oaks golf villas association, inc., hsbc mortgage corporation usa, unknown spouse john n cirelli, unknown tenant (S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on September 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 231, heritage oaks golf and country club, unit ii, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 39, page 26, 26a through 26f, inclusive, of the public records of sarasota county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
