THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-4CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4CB, is Plaintiff and IVAN MISKOVIC; MARTINA MISKOVIC; FIRST STATE BANK; FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; JANE DOE JOHANNA SANOOVAL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
