NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018336 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and BERND HAVLICEK, RENATE HAVLICEK, ASSOCIATION OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 66, WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1042, PAGES 379 THRU 418, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 38 AND 38A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
