NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary or Default Judgment on Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on September 30, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.:
First Property
Unit No. 110 of Porter Gardens, an Industrial Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004004272, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Page 31, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Second Property
The North 68 feet of Lot 1447 and a portion of Lot 1446 described as beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1446, thence along the South line of said Lot 1446, South 89Ëš57'30” West, 108.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1446, thence North 53Ëš27'25” East, 18.66 feet, thence North 89Ëš57'30” East, 93.00 feet to the West Right of Way of Chaucer Place 50' Right of Way, thence South 00Ëš02'30” East, 11.10 feet to the Point of Beginning, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT No. 16, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 22, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
