NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 28th day of September, 2011, at public sale by electronic sales beginning 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 28, Block 1001, 21st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 9,9A through 9I of the Public Records of Srasota County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2011-CA-002696-NC, New Vista Properties, Inc., v. Ivor Smith, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
