NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 18th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009144 NC , of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and GERARD G. PIROT A/K/A GERARD GEORGES PIROT and; RITA I. PIROT, HUSBAND AND WIFE, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST GERARD G. PIROT A/K/A GERARD GEORGES PIROT OR RITA I. PIROT; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; THE HAMPTONS OF SARASOTA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK A, OF THE HAMPTIONS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
