Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 1, Tocobaga Bay Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 50, 50A and 50B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on the 27 day of September, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
