at public sale, located at 2940 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34239 at 9:00 a.m., on September 28, 2011 to the highest and best bidder for cash,. The highest bidder of the timeshare interest shall pay the price bid to the Trustee in cash or certified funds on the day of the sale. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or certified funds payable to Trustee.

Pursuant to a Notice of Appointment of Non-Judicial Timeshare Foreclosure Trustee recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2011028960, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Sea Club V Condominium Association, Inc., has appointed richard a. ulrich as its Trustee for the purposes of performing the trustee foreclosure of assessment liens pursuant to Section 721/855, Florida Statues.
