NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 15th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2007-CA-015664-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-BR1 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. ROUTHIER, CACV OF COLORADO, LLC, CLARCONA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, KERRY A. PELLS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KERRY A. PELLS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. ROUTHIER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, CLARCONA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
