HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES, 2006-8, is the Plaintiff and NESTOR RENTAS; AMELIA A. RENTAS; SHENANDOAH PARK RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION INC; SCALA CONSTRUCTION CORP; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on September 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
