NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 4th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-36099, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and SUZANNE E. ADAMS A/K/A SUZANNE ENGLAND ADAMS, AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., WEDGEFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZANNE E. ADAMS A/K/A SUZANNE ENGLAND ADAMS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 114, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 8A, FORMERLY KNOWN AS ROCKET CITY UNIT 8A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 106 THROUGH 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 114, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 8A, FORMERLY KNOWN AS ROCKET CITY UNIT 8A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 106 THROUGH 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
