NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002206 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JUAN JOSE DE LEON, SHOPPES AT EAST COLONIAL, LLC, WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HOUSEHOLD AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE, CORP., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ALTHEA LEON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ALTHEA LEON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
