Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 16, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK “A”, MEDALLION ESTATES SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Y” PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4601 BRANDEIS AVENUE, ORLANDO, FL 32839; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on September 12, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
