NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 18, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-016802-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Nelson A. Zengotita, Luz D. Arias, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20th day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, OF TIVOLI WOODS VILLAGE A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 67 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
