WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2006-OP1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OP1 is Plaintiff and JOSE ELIVAR HERRERA; ADDA RUBY PATINO; JUANITA FERRERIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUANITA FERRERIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SPRING LAKE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
