NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-36987-O DIV 34, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BBJD VENTURE LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY AND THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARTHA H. MCCALL, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA H. MCCALL; DEANDRIA MCCALL HAYES-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARTHA H. MCCALL, DECEASED.; MATTHEW THOMAS MCCALL; MIRANDA MCCALL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERT; are defendants.
