NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005718-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HILTON RESORTS CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and all unknown heirs, creditors, devisees, beneficiaries, grantees, assignees, lienors, trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against kenneth lennard tutt, deceased; sharron lynette watts; kenneth lennard tutt; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property; tuscany village vacation suites owners association, inc.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A 0.02265% undivided tenant in common interest in Phase III of TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES, as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 6630, Page 4259, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto (the “Declaration”).
Grantee Owns a Type 1 Vacation Ownership Interest in a ONE BEDROOM Suite and shall be required to make a reservation for a Suite, with every ODD NUMBERED YEAR occupancy rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration.
Together with an appurtenant undivided interest in common elements of the Project as described in the Declaration.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
