NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale on November 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003100-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and DAVID C. FINEBERG, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, BUILDING 18, OF VISTAS AT STONEBIDGE PLACE A CONDIMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICICAL RECORDS BOOK 6685, PAGE 1363, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
