NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on Foreclosure dated August 19, 2010 in Civil Case No.:08-CA-019799, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH SOLON JOSEPH; MARIE MONA JOSEPH; JEAN S. JOSEPH A/K/A JEAN JOSEPH; MARIE a. JOSEPH; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A HUSSEIN LAUSIS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 AM on the 14 day of December, 2011 on www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, IN BLOCK 3095, OF UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
