Final Judgment was awarded on March 24, 2009 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-12169, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, AS TRUSTEE FOR MANA 2007-AF1 is Plaintiff and DIEN RODRIGUEZ; ANNETTE RODRIGUEZ; DAINNY RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on December 11, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 4130, OF UNIT 59, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGES 140 TO 153, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
