NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on Foreclosure dated July 27, 2010 in Civil Case No.:36-2008-ca-4475, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, u.s. bank national association, as trustee for sg mortgage securities asset backed certificates, series 2006-fre23 is the Plaintiff and carmen salom; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on December 14, 2011; the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 56, Unit 4, Section 10, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, According to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 15, page 96, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
