NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded March 24, 2009 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-003137, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES ACE 2005-HE5 is the Plaintiff and, STEADMAN E. RICHARDSON; JOAN J. RICHARDSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 16 day of December, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 15, UNIT 5, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
