NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the October 22, 2010 Foreclosure Sale filed November 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-057770 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through certificates Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Lucia Lopez Cruz, Ernestino M. Leon, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1st Mariner Bank, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Denny Medina, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Yolanda Molina, Tenant # 3 n/k/a Whyemer Chima, Tenant # 4 n/k/a Roel Fonesca, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
