NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 15, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 11-CC-003852 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Marbella at Spanish Wells Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and wherein Michael Daniel Parker, Lee Memorial Health System, Lee County, Florida, and LVNV Funding, LLC are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 19, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
