Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-52552 of the circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein M. T. Ruke, Jr. is the Plaintiff and DBM Properties, LLC is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 11, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, said tract or parcel is further described as follows:

Commence at the N.W. corner of said Section 11; thence run S. 00Ëš30'53” W. along the Westerly line of said Section 11 for 1320.00 feet; thence run N. 89Ëš31'33” E. along the Northerly R.O.W. line of Professional Place, (being the South line of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section 11) for 665.73 feet ; thence run S. 00Ëš16'03” W. for 50.00 feet; thence run S. 89Ëš31'33” W. for 24.45 feet to the P.O.B. of the parcel herein described.

From said P.O.B. continue S. 89Ëš31'33” W. along the Southerly R.O.W. line of Professional Place for 175.00 feet; thence run S. 08Ëš30'22” E. for 270.19 feet; thence run S. 39Ëš27'38” E. for 36.00 feet; thence run N. 50Ëš32'22” E. for 275.00 feet; thence run N. 39Ëš27'38” W. for 157.61 feet to the P.O.B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
