Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff filed in this cause on July 23, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOT 26, BLOCK A, ROYAL-TEE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 1 THROUGH 19, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11318 ROYAL TEE CIRCLE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on December 14, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
