NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-065922 of the Circuit court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, Plaintiff, and, TIMOTHY KIRSCHNER, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 15, 2011 at 9:00 AM on the Real Foreclose website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 33, UNIT 9, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
