NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure filed November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-004001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In And For Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11 day of January, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 89, UNIT 16, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
