NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order to reschedule a foreclosure sale filed November 14, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-068461 DI of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders asset-backed certificates, series 2007-3,, is a Plaintiff and lisset bofill; francisco morejon gonzalez; mortgage electronic registration systems; inc.; as nominee for america's wholesale lEnder; state of florida; department of revenue; current tenants are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 8:00 AM on December 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 2321 OF UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 112-130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
