NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order to reschedule a foreclosure sale filed November 14, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-058720 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is a Plaintiff and JAIME JIMENEZ; MARIE JIMENEZ; JANE DOE NKA MARTA JIMENEZ; JOHN DOE NKA HECTOR JIMENEZ; BANK OF AMERICA NA are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on December 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26, 27 AND 28, BLOCK 49, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26 TO 28, INCLUISVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
