NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 14, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-052611 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MAIDEN LANE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2008-1, is the Plaintiff and TROY HUGHES A/K/A TROY A. HUGHES; KATHLEEN HUGHES A/K/A KATHLEEN A. HUGHES A/K/A KATHLEEN A. SPENCER; LEE COUNTY; FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK C, DORSEY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 21, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
