NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed on the 9th day of August, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-001944 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COPPER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and EDWARD V. EGERT, JR., KATHLEEN D. EGERT, and HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 15 day of December, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 50, Block B, COPPER OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
