NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015222, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-0Al (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALBA R. GARCIA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 25, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
