NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 16 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-2309, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM SANDIFER, II, AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC., COLLIER COUNTY PUBLISHING COMPANY D/B/A NAPLES DAILY NEWS, CRF GATEWAY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, REGIONS BANK F/K/A UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A.; WINSTON FURNITURE COMPANY, INC., WPRM, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO MARY LOU BERRY, DEBRA JOHNSON-BOE AND JAMES JOHNSTON, AS TRUSTEES TO THE CHARLES R. JOHNSTON, JR., TRUST, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM SANDIFER, II IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 3239 OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
