NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 16 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-055671, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ILEANA PALOMINO, TROPICAL SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ILEANA PALOMINO, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 22, TROPICAL SHORES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4081, PAGES 2543 THROUGH 2620, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO THE USE OF PARKING SPACE NO. 22.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
