Final Judgment was awarded on July 26, 2011 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-059421, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES W. JACKSON; PAMELA A JACKSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOSH GARINGER; JANE DOE N/K/A SHEILA GARINGER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19 day of December, 2011, at 9:00 am online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 AND 27 BLOCK 4658 UNIT 70 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22 PAGES 58 THRU 87 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
