Conrad, Individually and as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF PATRICIA R. SCARAMUZZA, deceased, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, IN BLOCK D, OF HERTITAGE COVE PHASE III, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 58 AND 59, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 19 day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
