BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JEAN E. DONOGHUE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN E. DONOGHUE; BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3421, BUILDING 34, BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK IX, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4322, PAGE 1464, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
