NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050676, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and PHILLIP W. HARDY A/K/A PHIL W. HARDY; PATRICIA M. HARDY; TIMOTHY WILSON HARDY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY WILSON HARDY; DARRIN O'BRIEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARRIN O'BRIEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 1169, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121 THROUGH 135, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
