AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-CP1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-COP1 is Plaintiff and MARIE KERLINE NELSON; WILNORCE NELSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants.
